We’ve designed a simple and stress-free process to ensure your dog’s safety and happiness while giving you peace of mind and confidence in our care. 

If you’re thinking about booking with Top Dog Doggy Day Care, we have three easy steps to ensure your pup has a smooth introduction to daycare for the best possible experience. This involves a visit to meet our team and view our facilities, followed by a free taster session for your dog.

Here’s how it all works at Top Dog Doggy Day Care, Carlisle’s only 5-star licensed multi-award-winning doggy daycare:

1. A Friendly Introduction

We begin with a warm welcome! First, we’ll arrange a tour of our facility for the humans, giving you the chance to meet the team, discuss your dog’s needs, and see how everything works. Viewings are by appointment only to ensure safety and security for all. During your visit, we’ll happily answer any questions you have.

Before you leave, we’ll provide you with some paperwork to complete about your dog and arrange a date for their FREE taster session.

2. FREE Taster Session

After the initial paperwork is sorted and your dog’s vaccinations are verified, it’s time for their free taster session! This 3-hour trial allows us to ensure that doggy daycare is a good fit for them.

We’ll carefully introduce your dog to the new surroundings under close supervision, monitoring their behaviour around our team and other dogs. This lets us assess their temperament and make sure they’ll feel happy and settled with us.

Throughout the session, we’ll keep you updated and even send you some photos so you can see how they’re getting on. At the end of the taster session, we’ll provide detailed feedback, discussing how your dog behaved and, hopefully, confirming they’re a perfect match for our doggy day care.

3. Set Up Your Account

Once everything’s a paw-sitive fit, we’ll get you set up with our free booking app. This handy mobile app lets you schedule sessions up to 90 days in advance and make secure payments online with ease.
